Our History

Lynn Myers, Owner of Myers Auction & Realty, has been a North Carolina licensed auctioneer since 1997 and a Virginia licensed auctioneer since 2000. He has operated a licensed Auction Firm since 2004.In 2014, Lynn fulfilled the requirements from the NC Real Estate Commission and is currently a fully licensed Real Estate Broker.
In 2017, Lynn formed Myers Auction & Realty, making Myers Auction & Realty a “FULL SERVICE” Auction company, able to auction both Real Estate and Personal Property. When he saw the need for a local wedding venue that offered multiple ways to make the bride's day unique, he created what is now called "The Auction House."
We offer both indoor and outdoor options for a custom experience no matter the weather. With two separate getting-ready spaces, a lodge-like feel in the 7200 square foot building, and an outdoor ceremony space overlooking a large field, we truly are a one-stop-shop rustic wedding venue.
