Am I required to use certain vendors for my event?
- We do not require any of our clients to use certain vendors, however, we do have a list of vendors that we provide you with upon booking to make your life easier!
Why am I required to pay an extra fee when alcohol is served?
- The additional $500 is used to cover the additional liability associated with consumption of alcohol
Do you provide linens for our reception?
- Linens are not provided for any events
Are there enough parking spaces for our guests?
- There is more than enough parking space for all of your guests.
Is your Facility Handicap Accessible?
- YES! Our entire facility is handicap accessible. We will be glad to help accommodate you with any needs.
Are there any local hotels or AirBnBs available?
- Currently, the closest hotels are located in Clemmons, NC. As for AirBnBs, there are numerous in the surrounding towns.
Could you help with setup and decorating of the spaces?
- We do not offer complete setup of the spaces but are happy to assist with any questions regarding layout, decor, etc. Most of the time, these questions are answered during the 30-day walkthrough with every couple!
- If you decide to use our rehearsal and day-of coordination, we can assist in many more details on your day.
Will someone be available during my event to empty trash and answer questions?
- With certain wedding packages, onsite staff will be there to help. Staff for other parties are available upon request at $50/hour (2 staff members).
